I used to have nothing but nice things to say about Fox Ridge. But to hell with that. They are all "fake nice". Never run into a an awful personal situation that makes your life turn up side down, because they certainly won't care at all....heartless!
I had a situation where I had to leave when my mother died and I had to go help my father. I told them the situation that I was in and had to move out. We made a fair arrangement for $, but 4 figures was not enough and they did everything to make it more. I cried forever as I saw my family and myself fall apart with no sensitivity from them.
Think of it this way.....Would you live in a house if the land lord was a jerk'.....I hope not. Careful, good luck! Most expensive place in Longmont. Oh and if you have a pet, be extra cautious....If you have a pet there is a 100% chance of being charged for something. It is a pet "fee", not deposit. Go live down the street in gunbarrell for much less money and nicer, at that.

They cant do "personal favors", they have to treat everyone the same! I am sure if there were "extra" charges it was for a reason, maybe damages or something. Remember people....signing a lease is a LEGAL contract, read BEFORE you sign!
