About 25% of the lights around the complex do not work (grounds, parking area). Management claims it is an underground wiring problem. They are just too lazy and cheap to fix it. They'd rather wait until someone falls in the dark and they get sued. Pet policy is too liberal - too many large dogs, owners don't clean up after the dogs; grass is sometime covered with dog waste. Things inside of apt. are not fixed quickly, then only half way attempted with a quick no cost fix.

Need speed bumps in parking areas; very fast drivers and management does not care.

Office staff is very cordial and professional; but the general manger thinks he is Donald Trump and has an attutude of superiority.
