The Pros:
Clean and spacious units
They accept pets
Short term leases
The Cons:
Limited parking - it can be a real pain in the butt at times.
Dog droppings - very few people clean up after their pets and it is a health risk.
They lease out garages and let people set up workshops - saws are running non-stop.
The place is over-priced - it is more expensive than Denver utilities are not included.
