Ok, not bad, not spectacular

An overall decent place. Somewhat cheaper than other places, and the types of neighbors shows that.
Walls are fairly thin. Can't hear normal conversation, but can anything louder than that. Not unusual to hear stereos at night.
Office staff is friendly and responsive.
Rooms are ok.
Parking is acceptable, although it's not unusual to find a King Soopers shopping cart sitting there.
Pool is ok for relaxing in the summer. Grass is kept nice.
Not really enough laundry machines for the size of the place, frequently have to wait a couple hours.
Security watches the place at night. Doors are typically propped open during the day, but the office staff is usually around keeping an eye on the entrance, so I never feel unsafe or insecure.
No elevators, and no real ground-level floor, so you will have to use some stairs, although the bottom floor is only a couple stairs below the ground.
