Great Place Great Price

I just moved in. I was a little apprehensive after reading the review below but was pleasantly surprised. The building has a new owner and very nice manager, LISA. New Carpets, paint and light fixtures. Most neighbors seem nice. Apparently a lot of the less desirable clientele were asked to leave. Perhaps the guy below was one of them!
