Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I personally know the people who wrote the review dated 5-15-07; they were evicted due to the heavy drug traffic they created in the C building. I was very please that the past manger did everything he could to clean up Horizon Place Apartments. Unfortunately the new owner decided to save money and laid off all of the decent employees, including the manager who had worked his heart out for three years. The new owner has now hired in cheep unqualified people and the druggies are back.
