Since our latest manager Jeanne Peterson has arrived here at KIMBARK 1200, living is good. Besides having one of the best locations in town, we are close to everything, we no longer feel that we are doomed by the gang-banging that used to go on here and about the area. Jeanne has done a marvelous job. We feel at ease letting our children out to play, strolling the block at night and in general we feel at "home" in our own little community. The management and staff here go above and beyond their duties to make us feel like family.We plan to stay awhile.....
