This place is filled with families. The management is great. They understand that life happens and are always there to help. Manager Jeanne can never be found in the office sitting down and keeping cool.She is always outside working on the grounds, cleaning the apartments or patrolling to keep the complex a safe place to live. Keeping Kimbark clean is to priorty around here in more than one way. All the apartments are come with your own laundry room, storage room and patio. This is a very family oriented community filled with kids. we have a play ground, basket ball court and assigned parking. I am so glad we found this place and a manager like Jeanne. Thank you Ms. Jeanne Petterson for making us feel like family and giving us a place to call home.
