Very bad management

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
I was a resident there. I would NOT recommend to anyone to move into this complex. The management is pretty poor. The gas charge for basic heating is ridiculously high. But even worse, you would have never known how much you and other residents really consumed.
