I am currently a resident at these apartments and would not recommend them to anyone. As soon as we moved in, the manager became very difficult to deal with and very rude. About two months after we moved in, we found that we had cockroaches. The manager kept saying that they were from us, and sent the exterminator. After two times of having him come spray and still having the roaches, we figured out that they were coming from the people living in the apartment across the hall from ours.

The people that live here are extremely dirty and have no care for others. We have had a theft problem already and haven't even lived here for a year. I cannot wait until our lease is up!! I would rather live on the streets than in this apartment.

Also, the manager came in to our apartment one day, without letting us know, while we were sleeping and checked out the apartment. She then sent us a letter saying how dirty our apartment was and that we needed to clean up or move out. The only part of the house that was dirty was the kitchen, and that was because we were all sick with the flu. I couldn't believe that she had the nerve to come into our apartment without even letting us know, and while we were asleep!!

Our apartment has been falling apart ever since we moved in. The very first day, the air conditioner broke and we had to wait a week until it was fixed. Our light in the bathroom flickered and then went out all the time. We finally complained about it so much that they brought in a new light fixture. Our refigerator is very old and was not working properly and it spoiled all of our food in there twice. Half of the outlets stopped working, and the bathtub drain also stopped working. I could go on and on and on, but I think you get the picture.
