My wife and I were tenants at the Legacy from 2000-2003. I would not recommend this complex because of the staff. The maintenance people were very unprofessional. The office staff turned over 3 times in 3 years with no real change in service level - it remained abysmal. The apartments were nice and came with wahser/dryer and AC. We moved into a new unit and only had some minor problems with the new construction. Because of the staff - be sure to get everything in writing up-front before moving in and moving-out - ensure on a detailed walk through. But preferably - pick somewhere else.
