I feel sorry for all of those who have had issues, but we've really liked it here. The apartments are nice, and the grounds are beautiful. And the staff that we've encountered have all been really helpful and kind!
Lived here for several years, management staff is rude, unhelpful, unavailable, etc. Maintainance is poor, snow removal slow, I do not reccommend unless you are desparate.
