Office staff was friendly but they did not resolve three problems I had. First, the parking is atrocious. There are times I had to park over a block away at night. Second, they did not control the residents with animals and their excrement. It was everywhere in the grass. Third, my upstairs neighbors continually woke me up in the middle of the night by banging. The office staff told me it was the pipes going from hot to cold and groaning. I am blonde but I know the difference between falling out of a chair or stomping and pipes contracting. Also I was under the impression that in the bedrooms, the pipes run vertically in the wall near the bathroom, not horizontally over the bedroom ceiling. Of course, I could be wrong. Otherwise, the apartment complex was very quiet. The maintenance staff was very friendly and efficient. The apartments were also well maintained for their age. The pool and hot tub were always clean and I had no pest control problems. The rent was high and we always expected a rent increase when we signed a lease, but Longmont is in a choice location and the market rates are very high. Overall, I would reccomend this complex to any middle class renters.
