This is one of the best places I ever lived.

I've been here over 2 years and unless things change, plan to stay here until I buy a house.

Since the earlier reviews were written, there have been several staff changes.

The current staff is WONDERFUL.

Maintenance and groundskeeping has ALWAYS been excellent.

Only problem is that they don't enforce people picking up their pets excrement.

It's not that bad.

I mean, it's not all over the place.

But you will find a pile here and there and I can just imagine being a kid running around barefoot in the summer ...

they also don't enforce keeping cats on a leash which I personally think is terrible -- unsafe for the cats and unsafe for dog parents whose dogs like to chase cats when they're out walking.

Pool, hot tub, gym, quality/quiet neighbors, what more could you want' It's worth the extra price.
