I have lived here for 4 years. Over the 4 years they sold the property and have had numerous managers in and out. The office staff does not care about anything. Maint does not fix anything. they have not had keys for the workout room for over a month and they keep telling me to check in later, I keep checking in but no keys. The mail box's got broken into over a month ago and I have been going to the post office everyday to check my mail (driving across town for my damm mail). You also have to give a 60 day notice to move, I think that is bad bad bad.My car has got broken into 2 times. Needless to say DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! Go to one of the newer places in longmont its worth the little bit more money.
