This apartment complex is marketed as a pet friendly place.
It used to be a lot better! Under new management, the Orchards, no longer provides pet clean up bags for the stations located around the community! Under their new lease, the owners can make changes to policy whenever they choose, as long as it is posted, and done to all tennants.
So, one day they posted that pet bags would no longer be provided on every tennants door, and in addition, if we did not pick up after our pets, there would be fines or removal of your pet depending.
This kind of thing is very trivial and very cheap! Really' How expensive is it to provide a simple convenience for your tennants' The message I am getting is, "we don't care about you, we only care about us!"

2.5 years later and there are bags available but only a few people use them, lazy bastages.
