I've lived here for about 4 months now and things that I requested to get fixed in my place the first week I moved in still haven't been fixed. I let them know that my place was infested with bugs and they have yet to come spray my place, they told me that I should make sure I keep my place cleaner, I let them no that I noticed a couple of bugs before I had started moving anything in and (at that time) I had only been living there for a couple of days, but over those days I had noticed quite a few insects living in my apartment. I went to the office at least once a week if not more for the first month and a half I lived here and every time I went they said that they would fix the big problems like my doors not being able to open or the door that was falling off the hinges since I moved in but so far they haven't fixed anything. The majority of the staff I have talked to are very kind and seem very caring and concerned, but it doesn't seem like problems get fixed around here. The day I moved in they gave me a set of keys that didn't work and the lady told me that they didn't know I was moving in that day even though that's the day that was on all my paper work and I had called the day before to confirm that I would be there to pick up my keys. She told me my place wasn't ready and I asked her if it would be by the time I got off work and she told me "I wouldn't come straight here." This is NOT a good place for anyone to live! At least in the conditions at this time. If I had not already signed a lease, I would have moved out within the first week if not first day I lived here, but now I have to suffer through the next year! I would like to say it's nothing against the staff I have encountered they have all been very sweet they were the reason I decided to move here, it just seems like there's a communication problem between them and the maintenance people or something and that things aren't organized or managed well and even though their intentions may be good and they do want to make our stay here pleasant cause they want our business things are not conducted in a manner that helps the residents. In the last apartment complex I lived in if something went wrong in the apartment they came and fixed it that day, I didn't have to go searching for staff members and complain about the issue multiple times, they did what they were paid to do. If things were managed better this wouldn't be a bad place to live, but from the way things have been going at this time, I will NOT live here once my lease is up!
