Used to be semi-luxury 15 yrs ago, starting to slip

One bedroom and one bedroom w/ lofts are spacious. 2 bedrooms are average-sized. All kitchens are dinky with not much storage space. Large walk-in closets in one bedrooms, but no seperate linen closets included. Fixtures, carpets and paint is standard apartment quality. Heating units, refrigeration and water heaters are starting to go due to being about 15 yrs old. If you have a modem- problems with lines. Maintenance good about replacing items promptly. Biggest complaint- these apartments really skimped on insulation. Outside interior walls are cold to touch in winter, hot in summer. Heating and cooling bills can be pricey. Also- insulation between apartments is bad- you can hear conversations and other things from your neighbors- especially in bathroom areas (if you get my drift). Annoying. Apartments allow large dogs, which brings in loud barking, pooper-scooper problems and animal neglect cases. Can be irritating. Maintenace of outside areas can be lacking at times- could be cleaner, especially in breezeways between aprtments. Apartment management typical in dealing with tenants, could be improved, could be more eager to please, no special treatment for good tenants, x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
