Although it is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, the apartments themselves are quite noisy. All the apartments are 1 bedroom, or 1 bedroom with a loft, yet large families with many children fill these tiny apartments. Maintenence is nearly non-existant, and both onsite management and the parent company don't seem to care about anything but getting their rent check every month. It was a great place when I first moved there, but it was sold shortly thereafter and it really went downhill. I cannot recommend these apartments to anyone.
