I lived here for 2 years, and it has by far been the best apartment expierence I've had. Living in apartments has it issues, but here, they are handled in stride and quickly. The office staff is very kind and truly understands what it means to have good customer service skills. The only reason I moved out was to follow my job, but other than that, it was a great place to live. You get what you pay for, and that includes a responsive grounds team and office staff. You are treated like a person, not a money bank to extort rent from. My new apartment complex could learn a thing or two about what customer service is from these wonderful workers. You never now how good you got it, 'till its gone. I'm paying more for rent in Texas and getting 1/4 of the service that I grew accustom to. No place if perfect, but The Shores really does try to provide an enjoyable and safe place to come home to.
