My girlfriend and I lived here for a 9 month lease. While looking at the apartment they told us they had to charge us extra for a view. We had no view of any mountains!!! But only of the parking lot with noise and a car blasting his stereo every morning about 4:00am. We never put any holes in the walls and the carpet was in great condition...we even cleaned them ourselves so that we can get our deposit back in good standing. We cleaned the walls and everything in our Apartment. Well come time to do the walk through with my girlfriend and I...they said everything looked great. We never got our deposit back and the lady who did our walk-through was "RUDE". On top of that they charged us $500 for painting and carpet cleaning. The apartment did not need that when we were done cleaning it at all. Besides we had no proof that they even went in and did these things. They just sent us a bill saying we don't get our $250 deposit and have to pay the $500 on top of that.

The manager in the office is very un-friendly. VERY POOR MANAGMENT!! They took our money and I always tell all my friends whom are looking for a nice apartment to never live there.
