I lived here for 3 years and absolutely loved it. The apartment was big, clean, and nicely laid out. I rented a 1 bedroom w/den.

My overall experience with management was great. Any time I had a maintenance issue it was fixed promptly and they were very nice. They also do a great job upkeeping the landscape.

I disagree that the surrounding area is shady. I rode my bike and walked around the area numerous times and I always felt safe. There is a golf course about 1/2 block away, and lots of new houses going up all around the complex.

Additionally, they were great with returning my deposit. I had it back within 30 days.

The only drawbacks for me were:
1) expensive for Longmont
2) They always raised my rent. Due to the uncertainity of my work location, I could only do a six month lease at a time. I ended up living there for 3 years and every 6 months my rent increased by at least $20/month. I felt that they should have given long-term tenants a reduction on rent from what they were charging new tenants that just moved in.

I just moved back to the area and would have moved back to the complex in a heartbeat but couldn't because I got a dog and they don't accept any dog of 40 lbs. (or is it 30 lbs').
