It has been 32 years since I lived in an apartment, so finding a place that I could call "home" I thought would be a difficult task. I am so grateful to have found Stonebridge at Twin Peaks! I loved the floor plan, which I viewed over the internet, the price was right and the manager did everything within her power to accomodate me on my arrival date, of Christmas Eve!
Stonebridge is a safe, smaller complex in a quiet location, yet near to everything! My apartment was ---- and span when I moved in! (I found out they freshly paint every apartment when someone moves out, and shampoo, or change if necessary, all carpets). The range and 'fridge were like new also. I was never bothered by noise from neighbors (and I'm very sensitive to noise). The staff has always been friendly and accomodating and the facility itself is extremely well maintained. I enjoyed the weight room and especially the warm waters of the pool which was open from April to the end of October, I believe, for the year that I was living at Stonebridge. Of course the jacuzzi is open all year. The meeting area in the front office is beautifully well appointed, and the business office sure came in handy as I awaited telephone and internet connections. I vacated the apartment only because I'm engaged to be married. I will tell you that I found nothing within a 30 mile radius that could compare to Stonebridge! It is an easy and fast commute to Boulder or Loveland, and I25, with highway 119 now finished as well.
My apartment had a south exposure with mountain views! It was wonderful!
