The only complaint that the management couldn't fix, and their attitude was VERY good about fixing most problems over five years, was the 60 day notice to vacate. This was a big pain in moving to a new location and we believe it is very "unfriendly" towards the tenant. Our understanding is that it's the complex "owners" call, not the local management. One other thing, the maintenance; the Apt. was "touched up" with paint when we moved in, it was never painted completely for five years, and I found out that it was "touched up" AGAIN when we moved out, even though we were told it would get a FULL paint job for the new tenant. Not good, it needed a "good" FULL paint job.
