Nice but declining

The good: Apartments are nicely laid out. Management is reasonably accomodating. Special kudos for the part time leasing agent. Nice landscaping. Stonebridge is about average or slightly above what you would expect from a professionally managed newer property. I find the neighborhood quite acceptable.
The bad: Appliances are the worst I've encountered in many years of apartment dwelling. Dishwasher is just about worthless. No sprayer in the kitchen. Toilet clogs constantly even though I'm as careful as possible. Rent is high but not overly so for this area which is universally overpriced.
The ugly: Paint is peeling on all the outside trim. Noise! Is there a subfloor' There should be, but the noise from upstairs indicates that there isn't one. I understand that people have to live, and I have had upstairs neighbors before, but just one person overhead frequently sounds like a herd
of bison. This has to be either poor construction or badly damaged floors upstairs.
