Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I'm still a resident at 3 years and counting, and overall it's been a pretty good experience. They are very quick to deal with problem tenants (especially the noisy ones) and their maintenance staff is great. Charlene is awesome! There was a recent rent increase of $10/month (which I suspect was due to empty apartments not renting, and if so, current tenants should not be "punished" for).
Sure, you're gonna hear your neighbors occasionally but compared to a previous apartment experience, it's not bad at all. Then again, I live on a top floor but try to be respectful and not stomp around, slam doors, etc. I've never used the dishwasher so I can't comment on that issue. Rooms are good sized, wish the bathroom was bigger. There seems to be more college students moving in, which is never a good thing.
Parking is the biggest issue. There's an area where 2 parking spots are marked out, and it really should be relined to make 3 spots. Every space counts!!
Overall, a great experience and I look forward to another year living there.
