I have lived here for 2 years. About once a week there are landscapers who come out here, so the complex is very well maintained. The neighbors, the office ladies, and maintenance men are very friendly. We do have a security car that drives through the complex every once in a while, but not too often. However, it is still a very safe place to live. My cars have never been broken into and I don't have a car alarm on either one. I have even accidentally left the car unlocked overnight before and nothing happened. This is a rarity in apartment complexes. I walk my dog frequently around the apartments, even at night, without feeling the slightest bit unsafe.

We do have a pigeon problem, so be prepared to clean your porch often. The maintenance men have always responded to my problems the same day I complained, but their workmanship is not perfect. For example, none of my interior doors close properly. I believe this to be a result of poor painting over hinges and doorways etc. The noise level is an issue sometimes. I can hear water running in neighboring units, the upstairs neighbors must wear lead boots, and kids are often yelling in the courtyard outside my apartment.

This complex isn't perfect, but I would live here again if I moved back to Colorado.
