Teenage drug users create a stream of loud obnoxious losers parading through the complex. Most of their antics are simply annoying, but recently they tried to break into the unit of a handicapped senior citizen. I strongly recommend arming yourself if you are going live there.
The dumpsters are disgusting. As a previous reviewer said, tenants throw trash at the dumpsters, not in them.
Dog poop everywhere - even on the sidewalks. Dog piss in the stairwells. Welcome Home!
Poorly designed eaves drip melting snow onto the entryways of the stairwells where it freezes and creates a constant sheet of ice on the sidewalk. Some stairs are barricaded off because they are so dangerous.
