When we had a problem it was hard to talk to the manager. She is gone for a long time each day, and leaves early. We kept trying on our lunch hour, but she was always gone, and even getting off work early didn't work because she leaves early. !!!! We tried off and on for months. When we leave work at 5 it's hard to get there by 5:30, so the only choice we had was to go early and she was GONE. No luck on the lunch break either.

I agree, this manager is always gone for extended periods of time. As a temporary renter and business owner myself, I would encourge the owners of Stonebridge to consider her theft of time to the company.

I was a prospective renter trying to get info and look at an apartment. When I arrived manager was out with a sign saying they would return in 15 min. Waited over half an hour and no one ever showed back up. Even the UPS guy was outside waiting for someone to come back so he could deliver a package. I finally gave up and left and from the reviews here, I think I am glad about that... Pretty lame service to lose a potential renter because no one is in the office.
