This complex used to be nice but the manager has managed it right down hill. You can overlook a few things like the cheap appliances, no sprayers in the kitchen sink, even the spider webs covering the outside of the building and the pigeon droppings everywhere. The lay out of the apartments are nice. But conditions are terrible and getting worse all the time. Parking is a nightmare. Garages are scarce and so overpriced! All the apartments in Longmont are expensive, but the rents here are just absurd. Dog mess everywhere, even on the sidewalks and people don't care because they despise the manager. Noisiest place I've ever lived. Must be drug dealers above me because the traffic on the stairs to their apartment is constant and no one stays more than a few minutes. Police are here frequently but it doesn't seem to get any better, only worse. I don't know how many people they let live in one apartment, but I think there are six in the one-bedroom above mine. Noisy doesn't begin to describe it. I hate this place more and more each day. The staff, other than the manager, used to be pretty good, but all of them are gone now except the head maintenance guy. But the manager stays even though it is obvious she is burned out. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Stonebridge. I am for certain going to be out of here as soon as my lease is up. No matter how long you have lived here they will make you pay out your current lease and keep your deposit if they can. If you are a drug dealer, you are welcome to my apartment, but you will have a lot of local competition.
