I have lived in Stonebridge for two years now and for the most part I can say it has been a decent place to live. My main arguement with this complex is how expensive it is compared to similar, if not higher quality places out there. The appliances are cheap as stated in a previous review and the apartments are pretty bland. These apartments could use a remodel. Upon moving in I did have several issues, when I first moved in my apartments smelled strongly of smoke. It looked like Stonebridge had hired 5 year olds to paint the walls as there was paint on the windows, outlets, and light switches. Parking in Stonebridge isn't the worst, I have ever seen but they need to start enforcing people putting their cars in the garages if they have one. I personally have a garage and I often drive by people's garages that are just full of junk for storage and absolutly no place to put a car. Maintenance is lacking but they are quick to come out and look at the issues, but they don't fix them frusterating as I have had to call 4 times for 1 issue and it's still not fixed. The Grounds are nice and Stonebridge does a good job of keeping them up to look good. Construction is decent, can deff hear people in the apartments around you but it's not terribly bad. The staff is pretty helpful as well, but can be rude from time to time.
