*comes with a nice full size washer and dryer in every apartment room
*maintenance crew is fast to react
*quiet neighborhood
*large bedroom size for the one-bedroom apartments
*great kitchen...garbage disposal,dishwasher,fridge,stove,pantry
*carpet gets re-done every so many years
*gas fireplace
*huge walk-in closet

downfalls
*living room layout is hardto deal with (still livable)...but that is mainly from the furniture we had
*needs a few more cabinets in the kitchen
*park in the center lots or your vehicle may get broken into or damaged.
There are a lot more pro's than con's.
