This is "the" place to live. We live on the third floor and have been very happy with our decision to stay at Ute Creek. The staff is pleasant and helpful, the grounds are well maintained, and the apartments are kept like new. Not to mention the ameneties like air conditioning, washer/dryer, even a microwave if you did not bring one. Although we are two people, it could use more shelving inside. That would be my only gripe, but we certainly have more furnishings than most everyone.
