Small & Noisy

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Fairly small living/dining room area, okay kitchen and appliances, nice size washer/dryer.

Noise, however, is a real problem...too many barking dogs, kids running around screaming, and upstairs neighbors with heavy feet. Have complained about a howling dog twice to apparently no avail so not real sure mgt is really doing anything about it. Plan to move because of noise and occasional inadequate parking.
