This is the worst apartment ever one would like to live. Very expensive & not worth the price you pay for the rent in Longmont. There is prositution going on in the complex, you can check police report. Beer bottles are thrown in neighbor's patio. The apartments have bug problem. The new management of Lessie and Scott is the worst. They never attend to the problems. In winter they never clean the path and the stairs, they expect you slide from the door of the apartment to your car. Parking place is one hard thing to find in this complex near your apartment.
You can hear car noise and the head light of the cars disturb your sleep. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the neighbor on the phone.
Neighbor dogs always do their poop near your window and never clean it. When you come home in the evening from work, air brings the smell of dog ----. Repeated complain to Lessie fell on deaf ears.
