Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
This was a nice place. I read the last post and agree. The owner is Don Coldwell known as the cheapest man in Longmont. They have slowly gotten rid of the good service for cheap service. No snow removal at all now. Landscaping was very poor this year, no flowers like last summer. Guys that don't know what they are doing hacking shrubs. rent is going up.
