My wife and I lived at the Ute Creak Apts. when they were first built for 2 years. The floor plan was execellent and the included full-size washer and dryer was especially nice. They were quiet and seemed to be well maintained. We are going back to Ute Creek for a few months while our new house is built. Easily one of the best values in Longmont.
