I HAVEN'T LIVED AT VILLAGE PLACE AND NEVER WILL. JUST READ IN THE LONGMONT PAPER WHERE THEY CHARGED A MAN ALMOST $900 BECAUSE HIS MOTHER, WHO WAS A TENANT THERE, DIED, AND DID NOT GIVE THEM THEIR 30 DAY NOTICE. THEY ACTUALLY MADE HIM PAY $865. CAN YOU BELIEVE THE BALLS ON THESE PEOPLE ' NO DECENCY WHATSOEVER. I WOULD NEVER STEP FOOT ON THEIR PROPERTY AND WILL TELL THIS STORY TO ANYONE THAT WILL LISTEN. THIS SHALL BE THEIR $865 WORTH OF BAD PRESS. AND THEY DESERVE EVERY PENNY OF IT.
