Don't let the fresh exterior paint fool you. Illegal workers painted it. The management makes this a miserable place to live. It really is a slum by any standard. Nothing gets fixed, ever. Roaches and mice are the norm and I have heard that some units have bed bugs now. Save yourself the grief and landlord abuse and go elsewhere.
