Horrible Experience
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 8/29/2005
Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
The initial apartment that was promised to me was rented out and I had to stay in the model until another apartment became available. Meaning I had to move my belongings twice. I consistently had problems with the plumbing. The first dishwasher broke and the second one barely worked. The insulation was so thin that I payed over $150/month for electricity in a tiny apartment. The carpets were in terrible shape. The work out equipement was always broken in the rec room. There wasn't enough parking and if it snowed it took too long for the parking lot and sidewalks to be shoveled.
