The parking is HORRIBLE. If you don't get home by rush hour, you better be prepared to park way out in the boonies...or just park illegally like half the residents do so that no one can get out of their parking spots because it is so tight. If you need something fixed in your apartment, you won't get someone over there for at least a week, so just wait it out...and then it won't be fixed right, so you'll have to wait another week for maintenance to come back and fix it again. The apartments are really dirty when you move in, so don't forget to clean it really well before you move all of your stuff inside. When it snows, it will not be plowed for at least a few days, so wear your winter boots to wade through the 5 inches of snow on the walks. Then the snow will melt to water and freeze at night, leaving the walks very icy. THey will be icy until summer when the sun finally evaporates the water/ice(since maintenance never takes care of them). The apartments are not noise proof and you will hear every little step your upstairs neighbors make. Management is nice, but not the sharpest tools in the shed.
