This is an update as of 2008 for a review I originally wrote in 2006.

This apartment complex changed owners in 2006. The original manager and maintenance person, who were both very pleasant and helpful, were unfortunately let go. The original maintenance person was initially replaced with a guy that was extremely unpleasant and did as little as he could get away with. Since that time, there have been two changes of maintenance people, and the latest guy, Darrian, is really good. He's very friendly and very skilled, basically the high point of the place now.

Since the original takeover we have had several management changes and the latest group, Greystar, are basically just typical corporate hacks. None have been anywhere near as good as the original manager, Christina. Christina used to call once a month to make sure everything was okay with the apartment. That's very rare in this day and age.

There is a 60 day notice requirement to vacate, which is twice the usual. Large rent increases have occurred, causing many of the people who lived here under the original management to leave.

Finish of kitchen and bathroom is very good, but the basic integrity of the construction is poor. If you live on the first floor below active neighbors, you will hear a lot of foot traffic due to the flimsy construction between floors. Some units on the first floor have water leakage.

Note: I am still living here as of 2008, even though the review says 2006. The "to" date apparently can't be changed when the review is updated.

The colors have not yet been approved. I think once the final colors are picked and all the buildings are painted, the residents will really like them. We value erveyone's opinion and I hope everyone enjoys the new colors. we are always here to help with any concerns and or questions.
