With the new management the prices have sky rocketed. I will be moving out when my lease expires.

If you look at the last few posts you can tell that its coming from the staff. This place hasnt changed a bit. Its not worth to pay so much rent for so little. There are much better places around so skip this for your good.

I don't think this person is talking about the right community......Greystar has been proudly managing Copper Ridge since April 2007 & Greystar is the management company, not the owner so Greystar just implements the pricing that the owners desire & feel is fair for the product. The pricing is competitive for the market. Nothing is recently new and pricing has not dramatically changed lately so again, not sure if you have the right community. Copper Ridge is leased out to 99%, so I believe the current residents that have rented at this pricing, feel and experience the value that is there. Things are just more expensive these days, but Copper Ridge has a lot to offer so if you don't feel you are getting the value for your money then there is most likely a better suited community out there for you. (for other Greystar communities visit: www.Greystar.com) The location of Copper Ridge is amazing, the staff is extremely accommodating (I won't expect any less, being I am the manager)the gas fireplaces, garden tubs, garages, warm spacious floor plans, large kitchens, 24 fitness center, resident computer etc etc are the perfect match for so many people (as you can see from all the comments, which NONE were made by management as we have a higher integrity than that & frankly do not need to make these comments up as they are comments from real residents) So all in all, if you would like to challenge these are not real resident comments, then give me a call (303-665-4444) & I will have these residents call you and talk to you live, so you can not feel as skeptical. Or come by & see the community for yourself to determine if the value is right for you! All comments are appreciated. Thank you! Tracy Reeder ?????? It may be a bit more expensive than other places but you get what you pay for. These are really nice apartments. I have had no noise issues. I have seen Barry out there plowing snow - that picture is crazy. Do you think anywhere in the area was plowed with that much snow?? It doesn't happen instantly...
