Decent place overall but getting more costly

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
Update to my previous review.
I'll start with the negatives:
1)Tons of spiders (I kill 5-10 a week!), occasional millipedes
2)I can hear the resident and dog walking above me. The hardwood floors amplify the steps. This is a minor annoyance to me; otherwise, neighbors are pretty quite.
3)The clothing dryer I have in my apt sucks. The lint filter is poorly designed, so lint ends up around my entrance.
4)No recycling is offered
5)Not cheap, but comparable to Boulder prices. Prices have gone up substantially since I moved here in 2006.
6)High turnover of staff
7)Ridiculously high water bill, well over $40 for one person.
Positives:
1)Great location: Qdoba, Chipotle, Quiznos, Starbucks, DQ, Walgreens, Spice China etc. right across the street. Post Office, Wholefoods, Target, movie theater, liquor mart, Old Chicago, Outback, Chili s, Carrabba s, Old Santa Fe, sushi, fast-food, etc. within a few blocks. Easy to get on Hwy36 less than 10min to Boulder, and 30min to downtown Denver. Can also take S. Boulder road to Boulder. RTD bus stop at Hwy36/McCaslin can take you to Boulder, Denver, and the airport. Many trails and open space within a 10 minute radius.
2)Detached garages available. Few apartments in the Boulder area offer garages.
3)Big bathroom with a deep bathtub
4)Decent floor plans
5)Timely maintenance
6)The exterior and clubhouse look nice.
7)No parking permits or assigned parking; more convenient when you have friends over.
8)Most ladies that have entered my apartment end up spending the night, so it's definitely not holding back my bachelor lifestyle.
In short, I think the positives slightly outweigh the negatives, and I will continue to live here as long as they don't raise the prices anymore.
