I have been here... going on four years now. We were drawn initially to this apartment for its location. It is close to everything in Louisville, I can walk or bike to just about anything I need, and I can be in Boulder in 10 min and Denver in 20. Also, very close to the E470 for a no traffic trip to the Denver airport. While this may seem a minor point to some, given my travel demands and need to be close to CU-Boulder this is huge.

The apartment complex recently had a major facelift. New paint all around, resurfaced driveways, and an upgraded main building/community center. With rent also comes access to the nearby Louisville Rec Center for swimming, racquetball, etc.

Inside, I know many apartments have also had significant upgrades: carpet, flooring, etc. But some are still waiting in line. Maintenance has been been pretty reliable.

Overall it's been a great place and we plan on staying longer. The only negatives have been the Byzantine, unnecessarily complex lease that you need to sign every year (no multi-year contracts)
