Water bill twice to three times what you should be paying.

While I love the location and the layout of the apartment and for the most part have enjoyed living here. The past two months I have grown increasing frustrated by the water bills I have rec'd. At the end of June I rec'd a water bill of $94 (keep in mind that we do not have separate meters and everyone with 2 people in their apartment rec'd a similar bill.) I was told upon moving in that the water bills averaged $25-$35 (In the 10 months I have been here I have never rec'd a bill this low). I complained to the management and was told that they were working on the issue and would get back to me. After almost 2 weeks I had to call them and was told that there would be a credit on the next bill. The next bill arrived and there was no credit and the bill was $67, at least double what it should be. The part that bothers me the most is the managements lack of concern or communication. At this point I would not advise anyone to move here.

We also live here and they gave us the exact same story. We live in a two bedroom apartment. No yard. The pool is the size of a hot tub. Who is using all of the water? They told us the reason for the increase was from filling up the pool and turning on the sprinklers. It rained for most of June. Why were the sprinklers running everyday? Something is not right. I would be very wary before moving in here.
