Our water bill continues to increase. We are outraged but don't know what to do. Last month the tenants were charged $94 for water and sewage. The management told us the total bill was $10,000 and the owners paid 60%. Gee thanks! Why should we be paying for the sprinklers to run when it is raining' Also, apparently the high cost is associated with filling up the pool. The pool is the size of a big hot tub. The new manager could not explain what the sewage portion of the bill covered. Please report your experience here if you are having the same frustration.
