If you are 20 something, and don't have a big family this is a pretty good place to live. The one and two bedroom layouts are kinda small and can get cramped, but the rent is pretty cheap for the area. There's a small gym, and a decent pool. They're not the best, but you get what you pay for.

The maintenance was prompt, the neighbors were friendly and the nosie levels were low. The lawns are very well maintained and there's plenty of open parking for guests.

The place is under 10 minutes from Boulder. Fast food, starbucks, whole foods, superrior liquor, downtown Louisville, Louisville pnr are all very close.

I lived there from Oct 08 to Oct 09 and do not have any complaints whatsoever - I saved so much money on rent!!
