Mixed feelings

I lived here after college, for 3 years. They are nice apartments, the 1 bedrooms on the 3rd floor have a fun layout. But, the other tenants are a bit scary.....one time I heard a gun shot and a few years later had a break in (in the middle of the night, while I was sleeping alone in my apartment!). The pool is nice and the area is nice, but unless management has worked to keep out the undesirable and dangerous people then its not worth it. Move down the street to Copper Ridge.

I don't recommend Copper Ridge. Although I didn't live there, we were not impressed with the tour. They are VERY overpriced. Look at Summit at Flatirons.
