(user photo) trash in and all over the mail room, phone books piled high, trash full - not cleaned in over 30 days (user photo) disgusting laundry room is never cleaned (user photo) this is a good day - up to 10 carts have been seen here at once piled up in the parking lot (user photo) they attempt to supply dog bags but they go weeks on empty, the doggie trash bin is overflowing and on the ground.

I have been her for over three years. The office people are great. Anytime I have had a concern they are right on it. The pool is fabulous-clean and nice and warm. Love the new lounge chairs! The manager even brings out refreshments. I've even seen the manager and others in the office cleaning the pool area on weekends.
The few maintenance requests I've had were taken care of immediately and the office staff called to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.
Great Job Mindy, Shay, Shannon, Kyle, and Goostavo!
